Roka frowned. He knew that Haku had been about to say something, but for some reason, stopped short. And now his eyes were taking on a very distant look. “Something wrong?”
Near them, now that he took the time to check, he could sense one…no, he could sense a second one if he focused enough. Two other people. He wasn’t so sure about having this conversation now…
*In the flash back ((which Roka isn’t having yet, just continuing yours)) *
Coincidentally, little Roka couldn’t sleep that night. He tried, but his mind was far too awake from today’s training and he wanted to have –one- last swim before he went to bed. He got up and crept past his father’s room carefully and slipped out the door.
The water would be colder than usual at this time of night, but he didn’t mind it half as much as the average human would.
He walked out to the edge of the water, glancing around the barely lit streets. When he was certain that no one could see, he took off his clothes and dove in the water, changing back to his demon form. His hair turned snow-white again and his eyes shifted to an ice blue. He smiled and glided through the water noiselessly.
He was surprised, though, when in the distance, he saw a small figure standing on one of the docks...

Fea laughed a bit watching Sayuri almost fall asleep. She was about to slyther out of the shadows when she once again saw the blond boy. He seemed to zone out. She walked out behind him forgetting to hide her green face an stood ther once again in her long black dress instead of her old maid's outfit.

Sayuri had dozed but at the same time had lost her balance. She woke quickly, and yelled out in surprise, shielding her fall but too sleepy to land. She fell to the ground with a crash, and she slowly rose rubbing her head and groaning.

Haku jerked out of his reverie when Sayuri fell from the tree, not reaching the most important part of that memory just yet. He rushed over to her to help her stand up and checked her for any injuries. “Are you all right, Sayuri-chan?”

(Uh…I’m not a blond. ; *points at avatar picture * I’m a brunet as a human.) Roka looked up at Sayuri, confused by the sudden ‘thud.’ Now that he actually looked at her, he recognized her from the pool incident where he’d met all those Konoha ninjas. She looked tired. That probably accounted for the ‘graceful’ landing. Evidently this…feminine guy knew her, judging by his concern. “Are you okay?” He asked, before feeling the other ninja’s presence behind him. He turned, his hand moving near his kunai. This girl had…green skin, for some reason. “Can I help you?” He asked, scowling.

Trying to get to her feet, she winced a little on her ankle, but she was more worried about her child. "Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!" she hurried around frantically on her good ankle, cradling her stomach with her hands, a desperate look on he face. It was true; she worried too much. But she calmed quickly and smiled and sweatdropped at Haku. "I've hurt my ankle a little but its ok," she informed. "I'm sorry for disturbing you, Haku-kun," she blushed lightly, and mentally slapped herself for it.

Haku twitched slightly, very worried by Sayuri’s hyper display of…well, he wasn’t sure what exactly. “Are you _sure_ you’re all right? Do you need help walking or anything?” He asked, although he –had- just seen her hopping around on her good ankle like a mad woman.
Still, she looked okay now… “It’s no bother, Sayuri-chan. I just want to make sure you and your little one are okay.”

At the mention of her little one, she blushed a furious shade of red. "Ah... Haku-kun... Hai!" she said smiling a little uncertainly.
She looked over at Roka and Fea and tilted her head to one side. "Hmm? Fea-san?" she asked herself in a strange manner.
Looking back at Haku she smiled again. "Thank you, Haku!" she thanked in appreciation for his concern.
