Roka was standing on a bridge, over a large pond that was shrouded in a veil of mist. He was just looking deep into the water, watching the stray white or red fish that swam by, thinking.
He slowly walked off the bridge, going back to the mossy grass and the surrounding forest. He would eventually have to get back to town and await his next mission.

Haku sat beneath a weeping willow at the edge of the large, mist covered pond, relaxing against its moss-laden trunk. He wasn’t wearing any of his disguises today, as he hadn’t had a mission in a week or so, and he was just taking this time to relax, just outside of the mist village.
He could hear the winds whisper as their fingers brushed the water’s surface, and the trees stirred restlessly around him. It brought back memories of the other visits he’d had to this place.
Through his reverie, he could sense a figure in the distance.

Sayuri closed her eyes dozily upon the branch of the willow where Haku was sitting. She had been trying for sleep for a long time now. And being pregnant was taking its toll.

Just when Roka was within Haku’s sight and he could see Haku as well, one of the boards on the bridge cracked and broke, making him start to fall flat on his face.
((Even Kakashi has his off days. =P))

Hearing the snapping of wod, she snapped awake. Startled she gasped, filled with fear. "Oh.." when she had realised it wasnt an attack.

Haku, who was just about to fall asleep himself, jolted up and with his trademark speed, caught Roka before he hit the ground. "You okay?"

Roka, who could have saved himself, accepted Haku's help. "Yeah, I'm fine. I could've caught myself, but thank you." He steadied himself easily and stepped off the broken bridge. "I was just surprised. That thing was really sturdy a few years ago." He shrugged. "Time takes it's toll."
He glanced down at Haku and blinked. Haku's eyes seemed strangely familiar...his face did, too. “Uh...do I…know you?”

Haku glanced back into his blue eyes and frowned. “I…don’t believe we’ve met before, actually.” To him, Roka’s eyes were completely unfamiliar…but the longer he looked into his face, the more he got this strange feeling of déjà vu. “Then again...I'm...not sure."
