“Ah…your face looks kind of different.” He shrugged it off, looking around. Some of the stones below had strange carvings from another language in them. It was old, very old. At a glance, he knew no normal human could decipher them. Perhaps not even many of the young creatures in this world. But he did know that it meant they were getting closer, and beyond that, the smell was steadily getting stronger.

((YAY! sorry roka-san buggs))
"My face always looks different Roka, it's green." She teased him witha still lightly forest colored tinge to her cheeks. She had a bright smile on. She looked down at the carvings. For some reason they started to swirrl into letters she could understand. She coudn't understand the words spelled out but she coudlread it. "What do those mean?" She asked a little confused, staring at the strange rock with letters.

((Glad to have you back. =3 <3))
“Uhh…well, yeah…” He rolled his eyes at her teasing and smiled. “I guess that’s true, but I meant different as in different for you.”
Roka nodded to acknowledge her question and jumped through a couple more holes in the branches before answering. “I’m not exactly sure. It’s really old, probably a mix of old demon languages and draconian, and I was told there aren’t many creatures that can still read it. It’s about the dragons that live in this realm, though. Some parts of history, legends, a few warnings, and directions probably…the dragons would know better than anyone back there, though.”
He dropped down into a road-like area. To his left, the smell of burning earth and sulfur was a lot stronger and he could make out the outline of a mountain lit with streams of red, yellow, and orange lazily oozing down its sides. “Fire dragon territory.” He muttered. In front of them were the other grounds, but they were further away and less easy identified. To his right, the path led through thicker foliage that started to look less like forest plants and more like swamp plants. He could hear the soft sound of a stream in that direction. “That way.”

Fea smiply nodded and looked down the path. She followed him still thinking on the swirling symbols. "So what exactly are we looking for, past a dragon, I mean are there different types?" She asked looking a head wanting to know what she was to be up against.

“Sure. Water, fire, lightning, earth, wind…a couple other elements, probably, and just your garden variety, normal dragon.” Roka replied, pushing most of the thicker foliage out of the way or using his sword to cut through it. “We’re looking for the water dragon elder, I guess. He lives in a sacred lake in their territory.”
After getting through enough trees and plants, they could see two rivers, one on each side of the dirt path further ahead. The water of the rivers was oddly colored. A pale, almost silvery greenish-blue, and it formed a couple of small pools as it made its way through the earth. The reflections in the pools were perfectly clear. Further down, the pools grew larger and led to a couple strange, pearl-colored archways.

Fea's eyes grew at the sight. "wow! It's amazing." She said loking at the beauty surrounding her. "Wait water Dragon? Which means we need to travel trough water?" She asked loking back at the pond. This would be a painful dream if that was the case.

“Yeah.” Roka nodded, taking his own time to stare at their surroundings. “I don’t think so. They live on land, too. There should still be a lot of water here, but I’ll keep it under control.” He promised. “And if we actually have to go through water, I could freeze it or something…”
The archways, he could now see, were about as old as the writing back there, though in much better condition. There were carvings of dragons in them and elemental symbols. The furthest and largest archway, at the end, had two, large statues of water dragons ((not quite life-sized, but still very daunting)) guarding it on each side. They were not made of the same material, and their gem eyes seemed to stare directly into the eyes of anyone who approached. They were not to be taken lightly.

Fea smiled and placed a hand on Roka's arm with a purple blush creeping onto her face. "Arigato Hitokasu-kun." She said a bit of shyness in her voice that was rather soft. She quickly removed the hand and looked back at the large dragon statues and took a breath. She let a smirk onet her face as she looked up at them. "Let's go." she said keeping herself updisturbed by the dragons.
