She sighed and the tension seemed to drain from the air. She smiled at Naoko sweetly, and finally removed herself from the spot on which she was planted. "Hey, Haku!" she smiled brightly and waved energetcally. The whole scene appeared rather comical.

Haku blinked and stared for a moment. "Um...hi!" He shook his head and muttered. "How _do_ we keep meeting like this?"

She smirked. "Ahh fate..." she said to herself.
"I don't know, Haku-kun!" she grinned, feelin refreshed, but at the same time exhausted. She rested her hand on her lower stomach. "Where are you heading?" she was eager to leave the place, and asked Haku.

Haku shrugged casually. "Nowhere in particular, just to town. I don't have any missions to take care of right now and I've had enough training today." He paused and noticed her hand on her stomach. "You okay?"

Following his gaze, her expression of puzzlement burst into a smile. "I'm fine!" At that sudden moment she felt a surge of pride, in the fact that she would be a mother in a small while. "Um... you mind if I tag along?" she asked smiling of course.

Haku stared at her stomach thoughtfully for a moment more, then nodded and smiled back. "I don't mind at all, I'd like the company."

She smiled closing her eyes in a typical anime fashion and giggled. "Arigato!!" she chimed out and made to start walking humming lightly as she went along.

Haku nodded and walked beside her down the winding dirt road to the village. The village was having a small celebration today, some rich guy had decided that today would be a good day for everyone to take a load off and have a good time--except for the shop keepers, who lived for stuff like this--so it was fairly lively.
