She stared at Rin for a while, upon noticing the battle field going farther and farther away she gasped "Is my son going to okay? What about everyone else?!" She spoke out loud suddenly. She desperately began to crawl around on one knee and her arms on the dragon's back. " MY LAST HOPE ATTACK IS GOING TO WEAR OFF SOON ON OROCHIMARU AND HE'S GOING TO BE BACK TO NORMAL!!" She said desperately. "He'll kill everyone there if they don't leave now!!"

(Greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat I'm friggin' lost again....)
Itachi sigh and look in Floyd's direction, all he could see right now was a blur "Floyd....What the heck's going on?" He asked as his legs finally gave way and caused him to drop onto his knees, still he held onto his jutsu, if anything else happened he'd seal all of the remaining sound ninja away.

Shia's vision blurred completely. She grasped for her head. "Sayuri...I'm not...ve..ry..well.."
She collasped onto her knees first, then fell face first onto the ground. "S-Sorry...I'm..s-so ex..ha..." Shia lost conscience. If it were for her bleeding, or her depleted Chakra, or both, it wasn't clear. She just lay there, sprawled and useless.

Post by Sayuri, Deadly Phoenix on Oct 7, 2008 14:07:04 GMT -5
Sayuri's body had gone way too far past exhaustion, but she knew she had to fight until she literally was unable to. Her hands and legs were trembling uncontrollably due to the amount of strain she was forcing upon herself, and although she couldn't help it, her heart was beating furiously, her breath in and out catching upon her lips. Her hair was strean around her face that seemed too old for her now. Sayuri pushed some of the messed up hair away from her eyes, pushing and wiping of perspiration from her forehead as she did so.
Upon first glance, she seemed like she was going through some kind of training. But bearing in mind the injuries, the blood, the scratches and grazes... It had to be some pretty intense and unfair training. Above all, the slashes through her heavy clothing, and the burning desire in her eyes for praise, the ever burning determination; these were far more noticeable, and that's when another could tell this battle was for death.
Sayuri's eyes rested upon Itachi, and for a single mere moment, she almost wanted to run over with a typical concerned look, kneel down and ask abotu his well being and welfare. But that was but a mere fleeting second that flew by all too quickly. Puddles from the rain had begun to emerge and Sayuri's hard expression that could bruise changed as the familiar ghost of a smirk played it's little game around her mouth.
"Shia." The Uchiha's words were sharp, and seemed to even pierce her own mind, giving a slight sense of dizziness - adding to what she already felt. It was more of a command rather than an alert. Sayuri clenched her fists over and over again, flexing her nimble but numb fingers. Seems they didn't even have to attempt to lure---
"Shia!" This time Sayuri's words were sharper, and of concern. Tthis time, she was allowed to show compassion; and so ran over to her friend, landing heavily on her knees onto the hard floor as she did so. The smirk had disappeared completely from her face, not a ghost of it to be found. She held an arm gently and softly under Shia's head affectionately, supporting her a little. "sh!t, this is not good..." Sayuri mumbled worriedly.
The girl wasn't far from complete exhaustion herself, as she panted, barely able to run towards her friend. But right now, she wouldn't let any more harm present itself to her 'side' of the battle. Her eyebrows furrowed deep down at steep angles against her usually lit up eyes. They darted towards Kioku, searchingly, looking for some approval from the violet haired girl, as if asking her what to do.

{{Calm down or you’ll fall off!}} Rin ordered, adjusting Charon on his back as best he could. {{I’ll inform your son, then, but he told me that his main priority is for you and the scroll to make it back safely. That is everyone’s priority! And Roka…}} Rin hesitated.
In all honesty, he didn’t know if Roka was okay. He’d shrugged it off as some normal water demon thing, but there was something eerie about that marking on his arm. Eerie and…bizarrely familiar. And something about Roka’s thoughts was beginning to bother him. {{I do not know if he is ‘okay,’ and the red-eyed human appears injured, but I’m certain that they will survive.}}
But in spite of his confident words, Rin flew faster. Maybe if she was safe enough, he could come back to help.
-
Roka was distracted, only momentarily, when he heard Sayuri call Shia’s name. Under normal circumstances, his instincts would’ve compelled him to run over and help. And had they met differently, Shia would’ve probably been his friend. In spite of the fact that preventing the rain from turning him and using water techniques simultaneously made the tattoos grow quickly, the impulse to help forced them to retract for a split-second…
Before he was forced to put it out of his mind. ‘Hello?! You’re fighting now. Fighting them. Get over it.’ He attacked Kioku and Kiken both with a spinning kick to their heads, mentally preparing for whatever counterattack that she might have up her sleeve.

Kioku quickly twisted her body to avoid direct contact with Roka's sai. Noticing a tiny moment of distraction she and Kiken sank into the ground, barely avoiding the kick. Re surfacing at at safer distance she called to her companions, "dont worry Sayu-chan! Ican handle this! Take care of the newbie!" She laughed lightly, looking at her hand as she lifted it from her stomach. She was cut but it was only a flesh wound, dispite the profuse bleeding. Not wanting to waste chakra she pulled out a bandage and wrapped herself tightly. Putting away her medical item again she paused, her hand tapping a new scroll. "The ta-!" she stopped and laughed. "Sorry for the pause, where were we?" she grinned at Roka. Her hands flashing through the seals she thrust her arms in his direction, hundreds of venomous snakes shooting toward him. "Your move again."

‘Oh, you can ‘handle me’ can you?’ Roka thought with a scowl, eyes narrowing. ‘We’ll see about that.’ He raised an eyebrow questioningly at the sudden, and…purposefully unfinished exclamation. ‘Ninjas here are suppose to be strange, though.’
“I like your pets, but let’s see if they can swim.” Roka formed some seals for a water technique, and as he did, the energy required for the technique covered his left arm completely, with his right at half point. “Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu!” The rainwater and puddles around him formed a large dragon’s head that appeared to swallow up most of the snakes. Only two managed to escape the blast and the force of it knocked them both to the ground. “Aww. Guess not. I hope you can, though, or this won’t last very long.”

"Kiken!" she said, quickly retreating a little bit. The cobra hissed and slid from her shoulders. Even as he fell he began growing. Once the size of a house or so his albino scales began to shine with a metalic luster. She quickly jumped onto the safty of her companions head, high above the ground before showering the land bellow with kunai.
